Our Swiss milk cooking chocolate is perfect for fine desserts and cakes.  A delightful smooth consistency when melting. 

Cocoa solids: 31% minimum. Milk solids: 19% minimum 

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter*, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass* (Western Africa), skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier (lecithin), natural flavouring.
